45 km south of Troyes, 20 minutes from the A5 freeway, Balnot sur Laignes is a charming little village on the Champagne tourist route, in the heart of the Côte des Bar Vineyard. Le Jardin Sainte Anne welcomes you to a green and relaxing setting. This pretty, light-filled house has been completely renovated and decorated in a warm and welcoming style, combining the charm of wood, stone and antique furniture with a contemporary touch. Less than 20 minutes away: the rich architectural heritage of Les Riceys (5 km), Renoir's house in Essoyes, Château de Vaux, Commanderie Templière d'Avalleur, hiking trails, sporting activities... 30 minutes away: lakes and Parc Naturel de la Forest d'Orient (wildlife area, ecomuseum, swimming, water sports, tree climbing...). 40 mins: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 mins: City of Troyes (Cathedral, Museums, factory outlets). On-site: guided tour of the Vineyard and Champagne tasting.

Raised ground floor: large living room with open-plan kitchen and direct access on one level to a large terrace and garden. Living room with TV, DVD/blue ray player, fireplace (wood supplied). 1st floor: bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), shower room. On 2nd floor: bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with private shower room, separate toilet, 29 m² bedroom (3 beds 90 x 200 + sofa bed 90 x 190). Beds made on arrival. Outside, garden furniture, wooden lounge, barbecue, deckchairs, swings.... The 800 m² shady garden is fully enclosed, with private parking. Kids can come and meet the owners' donkeys. Utilities included in price of stay. Pets allowed with owner's agreement.
