In the heart of the "Bouchon de Champagne", close to the train station and all amenities (restaurants, stores...), this apartment is ideally located for exploring the city of Troyes. City Break "Premium" apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift of a secure building with janitor.
Spacious living room with sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds), open kitchen with hi-tech equipment and dining area. A master bedroom with study and large dressing room will seduce you with its space. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a shower room with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit, a separate toilet and plenty of cupboard space. For your comfort, an air cooler will be installed in summer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, household linen and towels are included in the price of your stay. A private parking space is available on the property for the duration of your stay. Free parking 3 minutes' walk away. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Museums, theaters, cathedral, numerous street tours and courtyards on site, factory outlets 5 minutes away, Forêt d'Orient lakes 20 minutes away, Nigloland 45 minutes away.
