45 km south of Troyes, 10 km south of Bar Sur Seine. Comfortable 90 m² ground-floor house in the heart of the Vineyard, sleeps 6. It comprises 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. A complimentary flute of Champagne to enjoy by the Piscine in summer.

Kitchen, living room overlooking the Piscine, one bedroom (3 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), bathroom, wc. Possibility of an extra bed in the sofa bed in the living room (15 € / night). Bed linen and towels provided. Enclosed garden with trees, private parking. Heating and electricity included. Wifi free of charge. Heated Piscine shared with owners, open from June to September (access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
