Le Gite du Domaine

In the heart of the Forest d'Orient Natural Park, just 30 minutes from Troyes and close to the Beach and the Vélovoie, come and stay with your family or friends to enjoy all that this beautiful region has to offer. This former detached barn on a working farm (cereals) has been completely renovated to offer you great comfort and charming decoration. It is located on the owners' land, but has independent, private, enclosed outdoor areas (terraces/lawns) to ensure guests' privacy: garden furniture, dining table, relaxation lounge, deckchairs, barbecue, parasols, parking available and winter gaming room (ping-pong, darts...).

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with open kitchen opening onto the terrace, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 3 twin bedrooms (2 beds 90X200 can be made into a double bed) and a double bedroom with private shower room (Italian shower/basin). On the mezzanine, you'll find a relaxation/reading area and games for children. This area has a 90x190 bed for an 11th person (extra charge). Outside, you'll find 2 private fenced-in courtyards, a terrace, garden furniture with parasol, barbecue, deckchairs and parking. Beds will be made up on arrival, linen provided, heating and electricity charges and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
