Just 10 km from the City of Troyes, famous for its historic center and half-timbered houses, and close to the Montgueux Champagne vineyards, come and stay in this charming, tastefully restored cottage. All shops and amenities are on site.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with kitchenette, sitting area with TV, shower room (shower with extra-flat shower tray, washbasin, toilet). Upstairs, a mezzanine sleeping area (ideal for 2 children) with a pull-out bed (2 beds 90x190), a double bedroom (bed 140x200) with TV, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy private enclosed grounds: parking, carport, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, badminton, boules. For children, board games, toys and books are available. EXTERIORS UNDER RENOVATION AND FACADE BEING REFURBISHED.

    des vacances à la campagne à 2 pas de la ville

    Séjour magnifique dans ce gîte confortable et chaleureux même en hiver. Pratique, décoré avec goût. Près de cette très touristique ville de Troyes.
    Bonne boulangerie à proximité, tout comme les supermarchés et les magasins d'usine.
    Nous conseillons pour un court séjour dans ce département.

    Satisfaits de notre séjour dans ce petit gîte très propre et bien décoré
    Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants
    Un point positif: un terrain fermé avec pelouse pour notre chienne Prisca ainsi qu'un abri voiture
