In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, the village is nestled between the Seine and the vineyards, and offers you everything you need to relax and unwind. The gîte is set in a traditional stone house, and will charm you with its contemporary, cocooning atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you'll find a well-appointed living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with fireplace (possibility of 2 additional beds in the convertible) opening onto a spacious terrace. Upstairs, a 23m2 master suite with a 180x200 electric bed and a shower room (shower and basin) with separate toilet. Outside, 2000 m2 of enclosed land planted with trees, with a courtyard where you can bring your vehicles in safely. Heating and electricity, table linen, towels, wood and WIFI will be included in the price of your stay, and beds will be made up on arrival.

We komen hier al een aantal jaren, maar steeds weer is deze gite met zijn heerlijke tuin een bijzondere ervaring. Alles is er voor een prettig en comfortabel verblijf. Het huis is niet zo groot, maar wel heel efficiënt ingericht. En we vinden het heuvelachtige Aube ook een heerlijk gebied om te wandelen en te fietsen. Aanbevolen.

Bart Nice place
Nice house with garden. Looks old and cozy from the outside but is modern on the inside. Polisot is very quiet except for the church the church bell that rings often and loudly. Lot of privacy as the large house on the same plot is still uninhabited.

otto atema situation has changed
Actual situation is not in accordance with website. The second building on the property is transferred to a second home and the property is divided. If we had known this earlier then we didn't book this gite.

Bonjour Madelien,
Au sein de notre propriété se trouve effectivement une grange, qui n'était jusqu'alors pas utilisée. Des travaux de rénovation ont été engagés depuis plusieurs mois afin que ma fille puisse y venir vivre (arrivée prévue d'ici quelques mois).
Ce bâtiment disposera de son accès totalement indépendant de l'autre côté de celui-ci et la vie quotidienne de ce nouveau logement se fera de ce même côté.
Le terrain mis à disposition du gîte a été réduit, il reste toutefois de 2000m². Nous avons pris le soin de planter de la végétation (laurier) afin de préserver l'intimité de chacun et chacune. Celle ci est en cours de croissance, nous avons donc mis une cloison en bois en attendant pour le confort de nos voyageurs.
Nous sommes navrés que vous ayez pu être importunés par la présence de quelques artisans dans cette future maison et nous espérons que vous garderez un beau souvenir de vos vacances dans l'Aube en Champagne. -

Grand jardin clos, idéal pour notre chien.
