In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forest d'Orient, this newly converted Holiday cottage in an old house in the center of a quiet village will enable you to enjoy the lakes and forests that are the region's assets. All amenities are around 5 km away: bakery, supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacy, bank... Electric car charging stations at the entrance to the village. Greenways and beaches nearby. Port, sailing, fishing on the lakes, birdwatching or Hiking for nature lovers (depending on availability, the owner can accompany you on your nature outings). Educational farm and sale of local produce 6 km away. The historic medieval City of Troyes, with its Museums, stained-glass windows and factory outlets, approx. 20 km away. First floor: veranda overlooking the courtyard, kitchen opening onto the dining room, spacious living room with fireplace and a variety of board games, separate toilet and shower room (shower + washbasin). First floor: landing with armchairs and bookcase, second shower room (shower + double basin + wc), utility room, double bedroom (bed 160x200), 2nd double bedroom (2 beds 90x200 which can be joined together) and baby bed, single bedroom (bed 90x190). Outside, the enclosed gravel courtyard is divided into 2 parts: parking (up to 2 small cars) and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, bench, parasol). Beds made on arrival, linen supplied (tea towels, hand towels), heating and electricity included. Additional charges: bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning. Wood for fireplace available on site (€5 per basket). Fishermen: possibility of parking 2 boats in the owner's barn (5€/boat/day).
