In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient, near the lakes, 10 minutes from factory outlets, 20 minutes from Troyes town center, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 freeway, "le Coteau de l'Orme" welcomes you for your tourist or business stays. Whatever the season, you'll enjoy hiking and nature walks in the forest and around the lakes. Ideally situated in a quiet location, this outbuilding adjoining the owners' house has been renovated to retain its original charm (stonework and exposed beams). To preserve the privacy of each other, you'll have independent access and a private wooden terrace. To make your stay easier, heating, electricity and beds made up on arrival are included in the price. Supplement of €15/day for 5th person (adult/child/baby).
The first floor features a living room with a bright, spacious open kitchen, dining area and TV. Upstairs, a games and relaxation area on the mezzanine (library corner, board games and toys), a living room with sofa bed and connected TV with Prime (can accommodate a 5th person with supplement). At night, a master suite with a 180x200 bed that can be separated, private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and sauna, a double bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated, a shower room and toilet. Outside: garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, parking, herbal tea room in a small wooden hut where you can enjoy a coffee or aperitif. Free access to the 6-seater jacuzzi between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. all year round. The outdoor areas are enclosed and feature a trampoline, a play structure, a tree house and slides (under parental supervision).

Josefien Nice stay at Dosches
We had a lovely stay at this gîte. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the property is especially great for families with young children. There’s plenty of outdoor space to play and relax, and the gîte itself is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
However, there are a few downsides. The beds are extremely firm. I usually have no back issues, but I woke up with back pain every morning. Also, while the listing mentions Wi-Fi, the guest network unfortunately does not work at all, even when sitting right next to the router.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here, especially thanks to the warm hospitality and child-friendly environment.

Dommage que la literie n'ai pas été à votre convenance,c'est la première fois que nous avons ce gère de réflexion dans tous les avis,habituellement les gens trouvent notre literie extrêmement confortable .
Et pour le Wi-Fi dommage que vous nous ayez pas consulté pour l'installer.correctement(étant juste à côté,comme vous avez su faire pour d'autres details),car il fonctionne très bien(sauf dans la cuisine comme nous vous l'avions i.diquer.... -
Julie Une belle parenthèse en famille
Nous avons passés un superbe week-end prolongé.
Les échanges en amont, nous ont permis d'anticiper notre venue (draps, courses, équipement, ect).
Un accueil et une disponibilité des propriétaires parfaites.
Nous avions même eu des conseils, que nous avons utilisés pour notre séjour.
La maison est calme, spacieuse, nous avons utilisé le hammam, le spa, le barbecue, la terrasse. Notre fils s'est régalé dans ce magnifique jardin avec tous les jeux.
Les activités autour de la maison (parc animalier, accrobranche, lacs, chemin de rando) à moins de 20min, sont diverses et nous nous sommes régalés pour notre fils de 3 ans.

Clairon Séjour poétique en Champagne
Très beau gîte dans une bâtisse typique, avec très chouette extérieur (je recommande avec enfants); literie très confortable, 2 chouettes sdb, sauna, jacuzzi !!! Des petits détails sympa, 2 chats très amicaux, proximité du lac d Orient et ses plages, accrobranche, un super séjour dans un cadre reposant.
