In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient, near the lakes, 10 minutes from factory outlets, 20 minutes from Troyes town center, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 freeway, "le Coteau de l'Orme" welcomes you for your tourist or business stays. Whatever the season, you'll enjoy hiking and nature walks in the forest and around the lakes. Ideally situated in a quiet location, this outbuilding adjoining the owners' house has been renovated to retain its original charm (stonework and exposed beams). To preserve the privacy of each other, you'll have independent access and a private wooden terrace. To make your stay easier, heating, electricity and beds made up on arrival are included in the price. Supplement of €15/day for 5th person (adult/child/baby).
The first floor features a living room with a bright, spacious open kitchen, dining area and TV. Upstairs, a games and relaxation area on the mezzanine (library corner, board games and toys), a living room with sofa bed and connected TV with Prime (can accommodate a 5th person with supplement). At night, a master suite with a 180x200 bed that can be separated, private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and sauna, a double bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated, a shower room and toilet. Outside: garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, parking, herbal tea room in a small wooden hut where you can enjoy a coffee or aperitif. Free access to the 6-seater jacuzzi between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. all year round. The outdoor areas are enclosed and feature a trampoline, a play structure, a tree house and slides (under parental supervision).

Maud Super séjour
Super séjour dans ce gîte familial, super équipé ! On a même pas eu besoin de notre "kit de démarrage" que l'on prend toujours lorsqu'on loue un gîte. Les enfants ont adoré, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour les occuper, autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles au besoin. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance sur la météo ces quelques jours, on y retournera, il y a plein de choses à faire dans la région.

S&J Gîte au calme
Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce gîte dans une bâtisse typique. Propriétaires sympathiques, passionnés, avec beaucoup de connaissance sur l'histoire de la région. Emplacement idéal pour la visite de Troyes, belles balades à vélo et à pied à faire. Bel endroit pour se déconnecter en se resourcer.

Un très bon séjour au calme, dans une très belle location. Toute la famille a apprécié la location, les chats, les poules, les discussions avec les propriétaires, l'extérieur et la proximité avec Troyes et les lacs.

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte, parfaitement conforme à la description.
Les points forts :
- L'accueil et la grande disponibilité des propriétaires. Un grand merci à eux !
- L'accès libre au spa et au sauna, un véritable atout pour la détente.
- Le cadre très reposant, agrémenté par la présence sympathique des chats et des poules (mon fils a particulièrement apprécié leur présence).La seule petite ombre au tableau est la connexion 5G/Wifi qui n'est fiable que dans le salon à l'étage, mais conviendra à celles et ceux qui cherchent une vraie coupure.
