Nestled in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, at the gateway to the Haute Marne, 20 minutes from Nigloland and the Lakes of the Forest d'Orient, our detached Holiday cottage sleeps up to 6 and is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. This atypical house with its different levels and staircases has a refreshing swimming pool, so you can enjoy sunny days while relaxing in peaceful surroundings. Piscine heated to 28 degrees, 3.7 x 8 m, secured by a dome, maximum depth 1.80 m - open from 15/06 to 01/09 (weather permitting).

On the raised first floor, you'll find a living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, a sitting room with pool table and TV (canal+ / canalsat), a double bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms Outside, the Piscine awaits you for refreshing swims, surrounded by a lush garden where you can enjoy a good book or an aperitif al fresco, bike/motorcycle garage, parking in the courtyard, summer kitchen with barbecue. Beds made on arrival, towels, heating/electricity charges included. End-of-stay cleaning extra. Take advantage of the many activities on offer in the surrounding area: nature walks, visits to typical villages, gastronomic discoveries, cellar tours and champagne tasting.
