Nestled in the heart of the Champagne Vineyard, at the gateway to the Haute Marne, just 20 minutes from Nigloland, our detached Holiday cottage sleeps up to 6 and is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. This atypical house with its different levels and staircases boasts a refreshing swimming pool, so you can enjoy sunny days while relaxing in peaceful surroundings. Piscine heated to 28 degrees, 3.7 x 8 m, secured by a dome, maximum depth 1.80 m - open from 15/06 to 01/09 (weather permitting).

On the raised first floor, you'll find a living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, a sitting room with pool table and TV (canal+ / canalsat), a double bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, which can be rented at extra cost outside the summer season (June/September). Outside, the Piscine awaits you for refreshing swims, surrounded by a lush garden where you can enjoy a good book or an aperitif al fresco, bike/motorcycle garage, parking in the courtyard, summer kitchen with barbecue. Beds made on arrival, towels, heating/electricity charges included. End-of-stay cleaning extra. Take advantage of the many activities on offer in the surrounding area: nature walks, visits to typical villages and gastronomic discoveries.
