Le Clos des Berdins

Just 20 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, and 45 minutes from the Chablis region, come and stay at Clos des Berdins, a haven of peace where you can hear the birds sing. This former barn dating from 1860 has been restored while retaining some of its authentic features. Only 5 minutes away, you'll have access to local shops (mini-market, Pharmacy, bank, bakery...) and 10 minutes away, you'll find all shops and amenities. Bread and pastries are available from a vending machine in the church square 500m away. The Holiday cottage is 300 meters from Mr. Dartus Nicolas, a cutler and blacksmith by trade, who offers training courses.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage features a living room with sitting area and fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there's a small reading and games area on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms (140x190 beds) and a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds that can be made into a double bed), a bathroom with shower and WC. Central heating, electricity and cleaning included. Beds are made up and linen (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins) is provided. Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, deckchairs, carport, courtyard and 300 m² of lawn, beautifully planted with flowers.
