Welcome to the Clos de la Ferme, a superb, fully-renovated 19th-century character house in the charming village of Chervey, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards and peaceful Aube countryside, 25 minutes from Nigloland and the Lakes of the Forest d'Orient, 45 minutes from Troyes. This large, charming residence tastefully combines the cachet of the past - exposed beams, stone walls and period parquet flooring - with carefully thought-out, vintage decor, to create a warm, refined atmosphere. An ideal place to gather with family or friends, in an authentic and soothing setting, where each room has been furnished with passion and attention to detail. Outside, work is underway to enhance the garden and relaxation areas, which will soon be perfect for enjoying fine weather in complete tranquillity.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bedroom for the disabled with private bathroom facilities (shower with seat and grab bar, washbasin, toilet), as well as a 2nd independent toilet. Upstairs, young and old alike will love the "dormitory" room, with 5 beds (90x200) including 2 Bunk beds in an alcove, a double bedroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets (one independent) and a master suite with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet). Each bedroom has its own TV. Outside, enclosed garden, garden furniture, lounge, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, enclosed private parking lot. Beds made on arrival, linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, electricity and wood included in the price.
