On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room with dining area, lounge (sofa bed for 2 extra people) and kitchenette. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (2 beds 90x200, which can be made into a double bed or separate beds) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. On hot summer days, you can enjoy the coolness of the gite's cellar. Unenclosed private parking in front of the gite. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. For reasons of safety and lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle in this gite (charging points less than 5 kms away in Les Riceys and Neuville sur Seine).
