Situated in the heart of the Forest d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this set of 2 adjoining Holiday cottages is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends. The view of Lake Orient and the immediate proximity of the Beach will be a real asset. Beach 500 meters away, 28km cycle path at the foot of the gîte, possibility of other cycling circuits, bike, trotinnette and paddle rentals, fishing equipment and mini golf on site, restaurant on the beach. In fine weather, you can rent an Unusual room in the annex for 2 people (€40/night), without bathroom facilities, for a stay of up to 12 people. Heating, electricity, wood, air conditioning and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen included. First floor: the 1st Holiday cottage offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with wood-burning stove, (wood supplied), lounge, a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with patio/terrace, a twin bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin, separate toilet. Upstairs: the 2nd Holiday cottage features a living room with wood-burning stove for 12 people, access to a terrace overlooking the Lake (wood supplied), lounge. At night: a double bedroom with television and 2 separate sleeping areas on the mezzanine floor. One has 2 beds 90x190 and the other a bed 140x190, bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and separate WC. Outside: terraces, courtyard and garden. Enclosed, secure parking. From June to September, you'll enjoy a private indoor swimming pool (16m x 5 m), heated to 28 degrees, with aquabike, swimming against the current.
