Located in the heart of the Forest d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, Le Bivouac is a single-storey Holiday cottage adjoining another Holiday cottage (with independent entrances and terraces), offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and a guaranteed change of scenery. The view of Lake d'Orient and the immediate proximity of the Beach will be a real asset. Beach 500 m away, 28 km bike path at the foot of the cottage, possibility of other bike tours, bike, trotinnette and paddle rentals, fishing equipment and mini golf on site, restaurant on the beach. In fine weather, you can rent an Unusual room in the annex for 2 people (€40/night), without bathroom facilities. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard (36km), Maison de Renoir (41km), Abbaye de Clairvaux (45km), Maison de Charles de Gaulle (52km).

The holiday cottage features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen; a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided); a lounge area; a dining area; a bar; and direct access to the patio and garden. Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom (160x200 bed) with a patio/terrace (deck chair + patio furniture), and one twin bedroom with two 90x200 beds. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, as well as a separate toilet. Outside: you’ll enjoy a wooden terrace, a private courtyard, and a garden with beautiful landscaping. Enclosed and secure parking. From June through September, you’ll have access to a shared indoor pool (16m x 5m) with the owner or guests of the second holiday cottage, heated to 28 degrees and equipped with an aquabike. Heating, electricity, firewood, air conditioning, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Beds will be made on arrival, and towels and linens are provided.
