18 km from Troyes; 11 km from the Torvilliers exit on the A5 highway. A detached house in the heart of a former farmhouse, located at the gateway to the Pays d'Othe.

The holiday cottage features a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom, and a toilet. Shared courtyard and grounds with the owners. Heating and electricity are included in the price (for reasonable usage, a flat fee of 60 €). Sheets and linens are included. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: nearby forests, ideal for hiking or mountain biking; a fish farm 5 km away; and the Paisy Cosdon Lake 13 km away.

    Très bon séjour passer pour Noël
    Grande chambre parentale. Un peu juste la chambre avec 2 ados.
    Sapin de noel présent
    Seul inconvénient, le sas d'entrée pas chauffée
    Situé en campagne pour balade et à 15mn de Troyes .
    Propriétaire très gentil.

    Séjour

    Séjour très agréable. La maison est parfaitement tenue et très confortable. Les équipements et l’équipement sanitaire sont très bien et la literie très confortable.
    Le feu de bois est un plus.
    Les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous mettent à l’aise.
