10 minutes from a freeway exit, 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris, in the heart of a village with local shops and amenities (bakery 2 minutes' walk away), come and stay in this cosy, charming single-storey apartment sleeping up to 4 (including 2 extra beds). You'll appreciate the refined decor, combining modernity, antique materials and vintage objects.
You'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and office for Telework, a double bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with TV and relaxation area, and a shower room (Italian shower, WC). Two folding extra beds are available for 3rd and 4th person (extra charge). The garden is not adjoining, but is accessed via a gate, where you'll find deckchairs, garden furniture and a barbecue. Free parking directly opposite the Holiday cottage. Covered, secure parking (for one vehicle/trailer) available for €10/day. All utilities included in the price of your stay (heating, electricity, wifi). Beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen supplied. To be paid on site to the owner: pet supplement (5 € / day / pet), 2 extra beds (10 € / day / bed).ménage 10e/day or week 50e

mac Maison exceptionnelle
J'ai passé un très bon séjour à Estissac.
La maison est exceptionnelle. L'ameublement est de très bon goût.
On se sent comme à la maison. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
On peut très bien cuisiner. La cuisine est confortable et très bien équipée.L'emplacement est également très bon. On est bien placé.
J'étais là pour faire du vélo. La région est magnifique et il y a des routes fantastiques pour faire du vélo.Pour une ou deux personnes, l'appartement est idéal.

Milan & Kasia Adorable appartment
We really enjoyed our stay at Marylou & Charlotte's cottage. It is much more beautiful than the pictures. The house is super clean and comfortable. The decorations of the house have inspired me a lot. It feels like a luxury hotel and a cozy cottage in one. The bed and sheets are delicious! The bakery is around the corner and already during my first early walk with our labrador I smelled the delicious bread smell in the area. Marylou and her daughter are very sweet and helpful. In the area we visited Troyes and beautiful vineyards. I will definitely recommend Marylou's cottage and we will gladly come back! Thank you, Marylou, and greetings from us. Kasia, Milan and Otis.
