In the heart of Bar sur Aube town center, where you'll have access to all the shops and amenities (restaurants, bakery, press, cinema, supermarket...), come and stay in this Champagne-style town cottage with private enclosed courtyard, ideal for your tourist escapades, stopovers or business stays. The gite can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), and pets are welcome. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Canoe rental on the river 200 m away, hiking and paragliding trails 1.5 km away, Nigloland 12 km away, cellar visits and Champagne tasting, swimming and water sports at Port Dienville, Colombey les 2 Eglises and Clairvaux Abbey.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sofa bed (supplement €10/night/person), TV, decorative electric fireplace, dining area, equipped kitchen and office/teleworking area. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 140x190) with baby corner (possibility of extra bed for an older child), bathroom (bath + washbasin + cosmetics), separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, fully enclosed courtyard featuring garden furniture with parasol, barbecue, lounge area and deckchairs. Bicycles and scooters are also available. To make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, everything is included in the price of your stay (bed made, bathroom linen, household linen, heating, electricity and cleaning) except for the pet supplement (€5/day/pet). On-street parking with a disc given to you by the owners, or free parking without a disc 50 meters away.

Kok Leuke gîte, goede locatie
We verbleven een week in deze fijne gîte.
Leuk plaatsje met alle winkels op loopafstand.
Aardige host.
Zeer compleet huis. Omheinde stadstuint en fietsen beschikbaar.
Parkeren voor de deur met blauwe parkeerkaart tussen 9 en 18.00 uur.Klein persoonlijk minpuntje is de maat van het bed.
Voor ons lange Nederlanders is het net te klein.Maar we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Lucienne Gite charmant dans petite ville charmante
Usually, we do not return to a place we loved: the risk of a disappointment is high. This time we did return and loved this charming place again. The house is perfect and Bar sur Aube is a charming little and lively town, offering many different ways to spend a great time. The owners are very hospitable and attentive.

Nanocé Week end prolongé en famille
Séjour exceptionnel. la maison est parfaite, propre, commode, fraîche en plein été.
Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette petite maison en plein centre de Bar Sur Aube.
