In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient lakes, 5 minutes from the beaches of Lusigny sur Barse and Mesnil Saint Père and 25 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this comfortable gite. In this small, quiet village, you'll find 2 restaurants and all amenities just 5 minutes away: supermarket, bakery, gas station, restaurants...

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bright dining room in the veranda (heated by the sun only), a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (shower + bathtub + double basin) and separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds 80x200 that can be made into a double bed), a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190) with TV, and a bathroom with toilet. On the landing, a relaxation/games area with armchairs and sleeping area (Bed 90x190). Outside, parking in front of the house, enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. To make your stay easier, beds will be made on arrival, linen and towels provided, utilities included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Parties are not permitted inside or outside the property.
