20 minutes from the A5 highway exit (Paris), 25 minutes from the outlet malls, and 30 minutes from downtown Troyes. Come discover a true haven of peace with a chic countryside vibe, nestled in the heart of a village in Champagne, just outside Burgundy, in a renovated former farmhouse. Pets allowed upon request (in the trailer). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Troyes, factory outlets, 18-hole Golf course 5 km away, tours of Champagne and Chablis cellars, Lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, Nigloland amusement park. No air conditioning in the trailer.
At "La Villa des Chouettes," you can choose between the Family Suite (with private access) or the Roulotte. The air-conditioned suite features a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with a small sitting area, a 4K flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a tea-making area, a separate toilet, and a twin bedroom that connects to the master bedroom. Breakfast, made from scratch or featuring local products, will be served at the owners’ table. The Roulotte can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed 140x190 in an alcove, 2 single beds 80x190), a dining and tea area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The breakfast basket will be left for you in the morning. Outside: 3,000 m² of grounds, a terrace, a swimming pool, lounge chairs, pétanque, mountain bikes, and 2CV rides during the season. Secure parking. Shared Piscine with other guests, open and heated from June 1 through September 15. An outdoor shower is available for your use. No air conditioning in the trailer.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à la Villa des Chouettes.
Quelle belle idée nous avons eu par ce temps caniculaire !
Nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur car la chambre, qui est spacieuse, était climatisée.
De plus, nous avons profité de la grande piscine qui est un atout non négligeable par ces températures !- Cleanliness

tof154 la roulotte paisible en campagne
Bon accueil dés 17h, une roulotte cosy et déco avec goût au calme de la campagne. Literie confortable et wc douche bien intégrés dans ce logis insolite. La piscine au pieds à l'ombre est agréable. des restaurants conseillés pour le dîner, dommage qu'il n'y a pas table d'hôte car le panier apporté pour le petit déjeuner est de qualité avec produits du terroir et délicieux à prendre en extérieur. Nous avons été un peu incommoder par les nombreuses toiles d'araignées, mouches et guêpes dans et autour de la roulotte, ma fois c'est de saison dans ce lieu campagnard. Par forte chaleur pas évident d'aérer cette roulotte en bois et zinc même ombragée. Ce fût une belle expérience et une bonne nuit passée sur la route des vacances à l'occasion d'un anniversaire d'un membre de ma famille qui a apprécié ce concept et gîte tout comme moi. Bonne continuation aux propriétaires de ce gîte.

Anaïs Séjour adorable
Nôtre nuit dans la roulotte était très agréable, et Sophie la propriétaire d’une gentille et d’une serviabilité sans nom.
La nuit avait était agitée grâce aux animaux en tout genre vivant dans cette belle compagne.
