30 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, 10 minutes from a freeway exit, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in a village with all shops and amenities, come and discover this spacious and pretty house nestled on the heights, right in the middle of the vineyards with a breathtaking view over the hillsides.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed for 2 people at an additional cost of €15/night/person) leading to a veranda (relaxation area, table soccer), a double bedroom with private shower room, separate wc. Upstairs, relaxation/gaming area on the mezzanine, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom (bath, washbasin, changing table), separate wc. All bedrooms have 160x200 beds. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. From April to September, parking will be at the bottom of the property (luggage drop-off in front of the house) as the owner will be working on the vineyard. Your stay includes: heating, electricity, made-up beds, towels and household linen.
