In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 km from Troyes and its factory outlets. Jacques and his wife welcome you to "La salle de danse", a former village dance hall now renovated as a Holiday cottage. The stonework and exposed beams have preserved the charm and soul of this house of character. Fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage. Telework available (high-speed fiber optic internet), with a work surface available on request in place of a single bed.
Poultry and eggs for sale at the "ferme du courbier" 100 meters away.

This Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, open-plan fitted kitchen, laundry room (washing machine/dryer) and WC. Upstairs: two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a convertible double bed (160X200) and 2 single beds (80X200), the other with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room (shower + double basin), a WC, a mezzanine relaxation area with armchairs. The dance hall: the ideal place to get together, with a lawned area and a pleasant terrace with everything you need for your barbecues. Beds will be made up, linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning offered (subject to conditions), utilities included. Depending on availability, an extra night (over 5) will be offered at the end of your stay (to be arranged with the owner before you arrive). Monthly rate €1450. Bikers are also welcome. Pets are allowed!
