In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 km from Troyes and its factory outlets. Jacques and his wife welcome you to "La salle de danse", a former village dance hall now renovated as a Holiday cottage. The stonework and exposed beams have preserved the charm and soul of this house of character. Fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage. Telework available (high-speed fiber optic internet), with a work surface available on request in place of a single bed.
Poultry and eggs for sale at the "ferme du courbier" 100 meters away.
This Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, open-plan fitted kitchen, laundry room (washing machine/dryer) and WC. Upstairs: two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a convertible double bed (160X200) and 2 single beds (80X200), the other with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room (shower + double basin), a WC, a mezzanine relaxation area with armchairs. The dance hall: the ideal place to get together, with a lawned area and a pleasant terrace with everything you need for your barbecues. Beds will be made up, linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning offered (subject to conditions), utilities included. Depending on availability, an extra night (over 5) will be offered at the end of your stay (to be arranged with the owner before you arrive). Monthly rate €1450. Bikers are also welcome. Pets are allowed!

M. Champagne nous a très bien accueilli, très sympathique, de bons conseils. Son cadeau à notre arrivée a été très apprécié. Le logement agréable, propre, rien ne manque.
Nous recommandons aussi ce gîte comme point de départs pour visiter Ervy le Chatel, Saint Florentin, Chaource, Pontigny et Troyes

Alex Heerlijk verblijf
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Jacqeus verwelkomde ons met een fles bubbels. Het huis was schoon en comfortabel. De bedden waren goed en een mooie agrarische omgeving. Door het ontbreken van open water en koeien/varkens in de babije omgeving zijn ook weinig insecten. Heerlijk. (Auto mocht in de tuin staan).

Pascal Superbe gite
Le gîte est vraiment magnifique. Le propriétaire est flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée. Le gîte est bien clos, idéal pour les enfants. Il est très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Profitez de la climatisation, d'un barbecue à gaz, d'un canapé et de lits confortables. Propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse. Merci infiniment pour ce séjour, et à très bientôt.

Nicolas Séjour très reposant et agréable
Un bâtiment "historique" refait à neuf avec goût. Très bon accueil. Village calme à l'architecture typique, à peu de distance de Troyes et du nord Bourgogne.

Une petite maison très agréable où nous avons passé un superbe moment entre cavaliers randonneurs, maison claire, cosy, dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse pour y dîner.
Jacques nous a très bien accueilli, souriant, chaleureux, de bons conseils et son petit cadeau d'arrivée a été très apprécié.
