Just 45 minutes from Troyes and 30 minutes from Provins, come stay in this large, spacious family home, designed with separate areas where you can enjoy some privacy or gather together. The fully enclosed 2,800 m² property, filled with flowers and trees, is perfect for the kids to play and for parking your vehicles. You can also enjoy the outdoor furniture and barbecue when the weather permits. The owners offer great flexibility regarding arrival and departure times. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an open fireplace (wood not provided by the owner; you’ll need to purchase your own firewood), a spacious living room with a large-screen TV (Netflix/Canal Satellite/Amazon Video), a bright dining room in the sunroom, another dining area, a reading room with a bar, a billiards room with access to the Piscine, a laundry room, a bathroom (shower + tub), 2 toilets, and a double bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find 5 spacious double bedrooms with TVs and a relaxation area, a bathroom (shower + tub), and a toilet. The pool area features a covered, year-round heated pool (shower/hammock/bar/games) and a 3-person Spa. Beds will be made on arrival; bathroom linen and linens are provided, and heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. The Piscine is treated with salt, which is more eco-friendly and gentler on the skin.
