At the foot of the Forêt d'Orient lakes, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, in a village with all amenities (bar, tobacconist, restaurants, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer pitch), come and stay in this renovated house with enclosed garden on the village's busy main road... TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS: hiking, swimming, beaches, restaurants, pedalos, water sports (jet skis, no-license boats), golf, fishing, accrobranche, parachuting, numerous cycle routes around the lakes.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a shower room (shower, double basin), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with a reading area (armchair + books), a games area (table soccer / toys) and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90x190 (which can be made into double beds). Outside: large enclosed courtyard with parking for several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and awnings, barbecue, deckchairs and garage. To make your stay easier, beds will be made on arrival, linen supplied (tea towels) and end-of-stay cleaning included. Heating and electricity extra from 01/10 to 01/04. Pets allowed at extra charge. Additional baby equipment available on request (stroller, deckchair, etc.).

Glatude Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour dans une maison très spacieuse et très agréable. L'espace extérieur et clôturé a été très apprécié pour pouvoir libérer notre chien sans crainte de le voir fuir à l’extérieur. Autre avantage non négligeable, la présence d'un garage fermé. Équipements au top, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très serviables. Gite très bien conçu, parfait.
Par contre le gîte est malheureusement situé sur une route principale très passagère ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardin, terrasse, c vraiment dommage. Un trafic de camions voitures très important.- Cleanliness

Beautiful and cozy accommodation with lovely details!
We spent a week in Marines place in piney and enjoyed our stay very much.
The accommodation is so lovely and cozy, the great garden an oasis to escape busy life. There is everything to have a pleasant stay. We we're travelling with a baby - Marine offered a lot of baby staff as well which was perfect for us (bed, chair, toys, ...)
The accommodation is very clean and Marine was a great host. Communication was quick, friendly and easy at all times.
The only downside is that the street is a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us.
PS: The bakery in Piney in walking distance is also great :)
We will come back for sure for another stay.

Une maison agréable : cuisine bien équipée (2 congélateurs !), douche spacieuse, joli jardin et terrasse. Les moustiquaires étaient un gros avantage!
Marine était très gentille et facilement accessible.Un point à prendre en compte : la maison est située sur une route très fréquentée. Il n'y a pas de bruit dans les chambres, mais si vous vous asseyez sur la terrasse, vous entendez bien le trafic qui passe.
Mais... nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances!!!
