At the foot of the Forêt d'Orient lakes, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, in a village with all amenities (bar, tobacconist, restaurants, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer pitch), come and stay in this renovated house with enclosed garden on the village's busy main road... TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS: hiking, swimming, beaches, restaurants, pedalos, water sports (jet skis, no-license boats), golf, fishing, accrobranche, parachuting, numerous cycle routes around the lakes.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a shower room (shower, double basin), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with a reading area (armchair + books), a games area (table soccer / toys) and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90x190 (which can be made into double beds). Outside: large enclosed courtyard with parking for several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and awnings, barbecue, deckchairs and garage. To make your stay easier, beds will be made on arrival, linen supplied (tea towels) and end-of-stay cleaning included. Heating and electricity extra from 01/10 to 01/04. Pets allowed at extra charge. Additional baby equipment available on request (stroller, deckchair, etc.).
