La Mélinothe

In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, close to a bucolic lake, come and stay with family or friends, for a themed workshop (psychotherapy, yoga, singing, painting or other) or seminar, supervised by an animator, in this spacious and charming house that can easily accommodate 12 people. La Mélinothe is a former farmhouse dating from 1877, built in Paisy-Cosdon, a pretty little village west of the Aube department, in the pure spirit of Othean houses, using flint, brick and chalk. It is located on the owners' land, but has independent, private, enclosed outdoor areas (terraces/lawns) to ensure guests' privacy: garden furniture, dining table, relaxation lounge, deckchairs, barbecue, parasols, parking available. Everything is included in the price: heating, electricity, wood, wifi, sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom linen, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning.

On the first floor, you'll find a warm, friendly and flexible cathedral-sized living room overlooking the garden, with wood-burning stove, HDTV with Son/Home Cinema, fully-equipped kitchen and WC. Next door, 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms (Italian shower, washbasin, WC) and separable beds (2 beds 180X200, 1 bed 160X200). Upstairs, a triple bedroom (1 separable 180X200 bed + 90X200 bed + possibility of an extra bed) with private bathroom (Italian shower/WC/toilet), another triple bedroom (1 separable 180X200 bed + 90x200 bed), separate WC, a weight room (dumbbells, pull-up bars, machines), a large activity room usable for your meetings, training courses... supplement €100/stay/week, and mezzanine, small lounge and relaxation/reading area. Rooms with mobile air conditioners. Access to the Wellbeing room (€90/3-hour session).
