20 minutes from Troyes, in a quiet, peaceful village, come and stay in this pretty, detached single-storey house (accessible to people with reduced mobility), comprising 3 bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, set in fully enclosed grounds. The owners will take great care to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Heat pump, motorized shutters and gate for your comfort. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You'll enjoy a living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (beds 140x190), a functional bathroom (shower with extra-flat shower tray, bath, washbasin), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Outside, you'll enjoy garden furniture with parasol, plancha and deckchairs. You can park your vehicle in the enclosed courtyard, and there's a garage at your disposal. The house is alarmed, with cameras deactivated during stays. Household linen (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins) included. End-of-stay cleaning charge of €30. Sheets for hire. Heating and electricity extra. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Séjour très agréable dans les environs de Troyes bonifié par l'accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire.
