20 minutes from Troyes, in a quiet, peaceful village, come and stay in this pretty, detached single-storey house (accessible to people with reduced mobility), comprising 3 bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, set in fully enclosed grounds. The owners will take great care to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Heat pump, motorized shutters and gate for your comfort. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

You’ll have a living area with an open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (140x190 beds), a functional bathroom (extra-flat shower tray, bathtub, sink), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Outside, you’ll enjoy garden furniture with an awning, a griddle, and lounge chairs. You can park your vehicles in the enclosed courtyard, and a garage is available for your use. The house is equipped with an alarm system; the cameras are deactivated during your stay. Bath linens and household linens (dish towels, tablecloths, napkins) are included. End-of-stay cleaning and maintenance is set at €30. Sheets are available for rent. Heating and electricity are charged separately. Not accessible for people with limited mobility. Spa available from June through the end of September. Optional at 40€ per stay.
