Anne-Laure and Nicolas welcome you to this charming cottage, which has been completely restored. It's a small outbuilding in an old farmhouse typical of the Champagne region, 20 min from Troyes, 40 min from Sens and 1h30 from Paris. You'll be seduced by the meticulous decor and noble materials (terracotta floor tiles, original beams...) in natural shades, blending the ancient with the modern. You can also take advantage of the landscaped garden, where the imposing walnut tree, the various flower beds and the weeping willow by the stream will help you to relax. A swimming pool lined with terraces to share with the owners is also available (from late May to early September, schedule to be agreed with the owners).

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sitting area (sofa bed, flat-screen TV), kitchen opening onto a dining area, separate toilet. Upstairs: a double bedroom (bed 140x190), a Twin bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, one of which is on a mezzanine floor (ideal for a Kids), a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). Outside, in the owners' garden, you'll enjoy a quiet spot by the Piscine with deckchairs, a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. Free-roaming rabbits and chickens will delight Kids. Street parking is available. Beds made on arrival, linen and towels supplied, cleaning included. Utilities included.

    Gîte très agréable

    Une semaine très agréable passée au gîte, en famille.
    Le gîte était très propre et très fonctionnel. Le petit plus pour nous : une chambre pour enfant avec de nombreux livres et jouets.
    Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la piscine et du trampoline.
    Aucun problème pour se garer, des places sont prévues en bordure de route.
    Les propriétaires sont discrets mais nous avons tout de même pu avoir des échanges notamment concernant les visites des alentours.

    Joli gîte

    Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée et avons découvert le jardin commun où lapins et poules gambadent. Le gîte est confortable, mais il n'y a pas vraiment d'espace extérieur privé. Il est situé en bordure de route et, en raison de travaux ailleurs, la circulation a été déviée, ce qui nous a gênés par de nombreuses voitures et camions, ce que nous avons regretté. Le propriétaire nous a expliqué que la circulation y est habituellement plus calme.

    Magnifique gîtes refait avec goût

    Séjour très agréable nous sommes en hiver donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin et de la piscine mais si nous avons l'occasion c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons. Propriétaires très accueillants.
    Nous recommandons ce gîtes.
