The gite features a spacious living room with a sofa bed (possibility of accommodating 2 extra people), flat-screen TV with Netflix access, home cinema/DVD player, bookcase, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people. There's a double bedroom (bed 160x200) with direct access to the bathroom (bath, vanity unit and toilet). Outside, you'll find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, secure parking (closed by an electric gate) and access to the fully enclosed grounds. There's also a bicycle, badminton, Molkky and petanque area. Heating, electricity, towels and beds made up on arrival are included in the price.
20 minutes from downtown Troyes, 15 minutes from factory outlets, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 freeway, come and stay in a charming apartment where calm, rest and serenity reign. This air-conditioned apartment (sleeps 2 to 4) on the first floor of an outbuilding is nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Nature Park, just a few minutes from the lakes, on a one-hectare property surrounded by century-old trees and greenery.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, qui a commencé par un accueil très sympathique, dans un cadre nature très bien entretenu. Domaine d'un hectare, clos et sécurisé comprenant 4 gites individuels très bien disposés. Proximité des lacs de la forêt d'orient et Auzon temple. Nous y retournerons!

5/5Gîte très agréable. Rien ne manque. Juste à se laisser vivre. Extérieur très agréable. Idéal pour la détente. Écureuils et chants d oiseaux au programme. Très belle région entre lacs et forêts.
