Just 45 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, at the gateway to Burgundy, discover this charming gite nestled in the heart of a charming village, famous for its vineyards and picturesque landscapes. This carefully restored stone house combines old-world charm with modern comforts to offer you a unique and memorable experience. You'll appreciate the peace and quiet, as well as all the shops and amenities on site.
After climbing an outside staircase, you'll discover a warm and inviting living room with lounge, dining area, kitchen with bar and modern equipment, two shower rooms with showers and basins, two separate toilets, a room that can be used as a lounge/library (sofa bed for 2 extra beds) with numerous books and DVDs. Upstairs, you'll find 3 double bedrooms with 160x200 beds. Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and armchairs adjoining the kitchen, and a private, enclosed courtyard on the garden level with table and benches, as well as a ping-pong table and petanque area. Enclosed, secure parking on the property. Breathtaking view of the church. All-inclusive stay: beds made, bathroom and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, electricity.

Margaret Excellent gîte
We had an excellent stay here. The kitchen is well-supplied and all equipment is high specification. Bedding and towels are good quality and the beds were already made-up which was a very welcome feature after our long drive from Lot et Garonne. The village is charming with very narrow roads so the enclosed parking is a huge bonus. The gîte is well positioned for exploring Burgundy.
The only drawback was not having a shop/bakery within walking distance.- Cleanliness

La Maison du Passeur in Les Riceys is a real gem!
We had the pleasure of staying five days at La Maison du Passeur in Les Riceys and must say that we felt our experience was exceptional. The gîte is simply magnificent and offers an idyllic setting to relax and enjoy the region. Nestled in the heart of a picturesque village, the gite offers a delightful retreat for those seeking an authentic French experience. It's an excellent base for exploring the region; for British visitors it is an easy 4 hour drive down from Calais. We received a warm and hospitable welcome from our host, Sébastien.
The gîte itself is a beautifully restored stone house, boasting a blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. The gîte is spacious, very well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, the interior is tastefully decorated and all of the facilities were spotlessly clean.
Highly recommended by us without hesitation and, we sincerely hope to visit again at some point in the future.

Le gîte est splendide,grand confort,les équipements sont hauts gammes.

Los chiquitos Impeccable
Nous sommes restés trois jours dans ce gîte. Sébastien a su nous accueillir parfaitement et a même pu nous donner quelques conseils sur les environs. La cuisine est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortables et le voisinage est très paisible. L'espace de vie est très spacieux, parfait pour les jeux de sociétés.
