Set in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park, "La Fontaine St Martin" is a spacious, single-storey detached house ideal for leisure or business stays. The owner, a passionate farmer, will introduce you to his profession and to life on the farm. You'll also be able to buy local produce from the Tendance Fermière farm store, of which he is a partner.

You'll find a large dining room adjoining the kitchen, a living room, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a shower room (shower + basin), a bathroom (bath + double basin), 2 WCs, a laundry room, a double bedroom (bed 140x190) and a triple bedroom (bed 160x190 + bed 90x190). Outside, you'll enjoy a small enclosed plot (gravel + lawn) with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, parking and the possibility of a room to secure your sports equipment.
