Set in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park, "La Fontaine St Martin" is a spacious, single-storey detached house ideal for leisure or business stays. The owner, a passionate farmer, will introduce you to his profession and to life on the farm. You'll also be able to buy local produce from the Tendance Fermière farm store, of which he is a partner.

You'll find a large dining room adjoining the kitchen, a living room, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a shower room (shower + basin), a bathroom (bath + double basin), 2 WCs, a laundry room, a double bedroom (bed 140x190) and a triple bedroom (bed 160x190 + bed 90x190). Outside, you'll enjoy a small enclosed plot (gravel + lawn) with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, parking and the possibility of a room to secure your sports equipment. Beds made on arrival, linen provided. Heating + electricity (except vehicle recharging) included in the price. Small and medium-sized pets allowed on request. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Lakes 10 min away (Swimming, Fishing, pedal boats), Napoleon Museum at Brienne le Château (15 min), Troyes and its factory outlet stores 30 min away, Nigloland 40 min away...

    War ein mit sehr viel liebe Eigerichtetes Ferienhaus. Uns fehlte nichts. Für den Kleinen waren sehr viele Spiele und Puzzels im Schrank und draussen standen 2 Trettraktoren. Gartensitzplatz mit grossem Sonnenschirm und Grillstelle war auch vorhanden.
    Waschmaschine/Trockner funktionieren top.
    Sehr bequeme Betten

    In der nähe ca. 30 min ist ein grosser Freizeitpark, ca. 20min ist ein See mit Badestrand und Restaurantes.
    Ein Tierpark war auch in der nähe.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Piney beim Proximarche, oder in der Beckerei. Aldi ca. 20min fahrt.

    Die Unterkunft lohnt sich auch für einen kurztrip nach Paris von Troyes aus mit dem Zug ca. 1h

    Une maison authentique et conviviale

    Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé dans cette longère champenoise où les propriétaires ont fait le choix de garder un esprit de «  maison de famille «. Les pièces à vivre sont vastes et la maison est très fonctionnelle. C’est aussi l’occasion d’échanger, si on le souhaite, avec un agriculteur / éleveur passionné et très pédagogue.
    Une belle expérience au milieu de la campagne, au pied des chemins blancs et à proximité de la forêt et des lacs d’Orient.
