15 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Nature Park and just a few minutes from the lakes, come and stay with family or friends in this spacious timber-framed house, typical of the region, and enjoy its open spaces for convivial moments.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining area, a double bedroom (bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 can be made into a double), 2 shower rooms (shower+basin), separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 140x190), 2 triple bedrooms (bed 140x190 + bed 90x190 on the mezzanine), a lounge with sofa bed, a master bedroom (2 beds 90x200 can be proposed as a double bed + crib), WC with washbasin.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue, carport, private parking, enclosed courtyard and garden. All charges are included in the price of your stay, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included. For recharging electric vehicles, a supplement of €6/recharge will be charged.

Les 13 filles Un merveilleux week-end !
Un très belle propriété et très bien entretenue.
Une grande maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien.
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entres filles. Près du lac de la forêt d'Orient pour faire une belle balade!

Léonie Très beau séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end en famille (10 adultes et deux jeunes enfants) à la Ferme d'Octave. Le gîte est très calme, très grand et très bien fourni. Nous avons pu profiter des jeux, des livres et surtout de la cuisine hyper équipée (plancha, machine à raclette, etc).
La gentillesse de notre hôte a participé à rendre ce séjour des plus agréables.Merci encore

Vered Très beau très grand gite
Très beau et très grand gîte. Confortable, rien ne manque. Idéal pour familles, cousinades ou groupe d’amis. Village calme. Bel environnement campagne et forêt. Le lac d’Orient est à 10-15 minutes et les magasins d’usine près de Troyes à 20 minutes.
