In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 20 minutes from Troyes and 1h30 from Paris (exit A5 n°21, close to the RN60), Ferme de la Renaissance is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy outdoor activities. This building, in pure Champenois style (bricks, chalk and oak beams) is dedicated to family reunions, friends' and colleagues' reunions, green classes and summer camps in complete tranquillity.
Our reception room is ideal for more festive events.
Maximum capacity: 26 people, day or night.
Weekend package 900€.
Weekend package with public holiday (3 nights minimum) €1,350 + reception room rental.
End-of-stay cleaning: 150€ . Optional linen hire: 130€ .
Reception room rental: €400 for up to 26 people and €600 for up to 50 people (optional €50 cleaning charge).
Holiday cottage deposit: 300 €.
Room deposit 500 €.

2 "comfort" rooms (20 m² and 25 m²): 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed (up to 4 people) with showers and WC in the rooms.
2 family rooms (20 m²): 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds (up to 6 people) with showers and WC opposite the room.
1 dormitory room (20 m²): 3 bunk beds (up to 6 people), shower and WC opposite the room.
A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a 40 m² dining room and relaxation area with TV, a large 70 m² terrace with arbour, garden furniture and barbecue.
