Just 25 minutes from Troyes, 5 minutes from Lac d'Orient and all amenities, at the foot of the Vélovoie (direct access without using the road), discover this superb gite inspired by the elegance and charm of English cottages, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park with private pond (not secured). Situated on the edge of a main road, offering quick and easy access to services, amenities and activities, the house features excellent soundproofing, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet inside.

On the ground floor (access to the front door via a few steps), you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room opening onto the terrace with a fireplace for winter evenings, a half-bath with a sink, and 3 double bedrooms (180x200 beds). Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms (180x200 beds) and a family suite consisting of two connecting rooms (one 180x200 bed plus three beds 90x190, two of which can be pushed together to form a double bed). All bedrooms have a television and private bathrooms (shower or bathtub, sinks, toilet). Outside, you can enjoy the private, enclosed, shaded, and flower-filled garden with a barbecue, a spacious terrace with lounge areas, and on-site parking. The rental includes: made-up beds, heating, electricity, firewood, and linens. End-of-stay cleaning is optional for 180€. Air conditioning.
