At the foot of the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, come and stay in this vast residence steeped in history, where Napoleon set up his headquarters in 1814. Spacious house with landscaped garden in a village with all amenities (bar, tabac, restaurants, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer pitch)... Many activities nearby: forest walks, swimming, sandy beach, restaurants, pedal boats, water sports (jet skiing, no-license boats), golf, fishing, accrobranche, parachuting, many bicycle paths around the lakes. Nigloland, TROYES town center, with its charming timber-framed houses 25min away. Also cellar tours, Napoleon museum...

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living/dining room, and a double bedroom accessible to guests with limited mobility, featuring a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a television.
Upstairs, the holiday cottage features 3 bedrooms with double beds (140 × 190 cm), one twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 90 × 190 cm), and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, sinks, and a toilet.
Outside, enjoy a large enclosed courtyard with parking, two patios (one of which is covered and has a barbecue), an enclosed garden, lounge chairs, a laundry room, and a restroom.
Bedding, bathroom linen, and household linens are provided. Beds are not made on arrival, unless requested (for example, in case of a late arrival). Heating, electricity, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included. Pets are allowed at no extra charge.
