Halfway between Troyes and the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, come and discover Ruvigny, a charming, quiet village at the foot of the vélovoie. Just 3 km from exit 23 of the A26 freeway, in a privileged, bucolic setting.
Spend a pleasant stay in this spacious single-storey detached house. You'll find a quality living room with flat-screen TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and Senseo. Access to the terrace is via the kitchen and living room. In summer, you can enjoy the sun loungers. The gîte has three bedrooms, the first with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and private shower. Two other bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 cm). These beds can be moved closer together. A spacious bathroom with bath and shower completes the gîte. For your bicycles, a large shed is available for storage. Beds will be made up on arrival, cleaning is extra, heating/air conditioning and electricity are extra, according to actual consumption (meter reading). Garage for motorcycles. Cleaning deposit 100€.

Caroline Magnifique maison paisible
Nous avons passé une semaine paisible dans le gîte La Belle des Champs chez Julie.
La maison est magnifique, située dans un environnement très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. Le gîte est très bien équipé, impeccablement propre et les matelas offrent le confort nécessaire pour des nuits réparatrices.
Nous avons également pu profiter des environs pour faire de belles visites. Un grand merci à Julie pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné !
Je recommande vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui recherchent tranquillité, confort et authenticité.

Accueil chaleureux de Julie, la propriétaire : discrète, attentionnée. Gite conforme à la description. Beau jardin, qui donne à l'arrière sur un champ. Calme. Équipement fonctionnel. Gite à 10mn de Troyes, belle ville, agréable aux nombreux atouts patrimoniaux. Merci à Julie pour sa suggestion de visite à la petite église de Geraudot, ouverture exceptionnelle le 22/07.
Pour les amateurs astro, beau ciel étoilé.

Peter A real Belle des Camps!
We spent four weeks in “La Belle des Champs” and had a wonderful time, although the weather had been a bit mixed at the end. The house is situated in a very quiet area, fields at the back and an apple tree with delicious apples in the back garden. To get to supermarkets and discounters just takes about ten to fifteen minutes by car.
The kitchen is equipped very well with very modern devices, the bathroom has a “wow” effect, so we were very content. The air conditioning both for cooling down and heating reacts very fast and is sufficient. The beds were perfect.
There are a lot of sights quite near to Ruvigny, first of all of course Troyes with its charming half timbered old town, lots of museums and shops. But there are also many smaller places that have their charm. If you are a bird lover there are quite a few bird watching huts near the lakes and the forests invite you for walks.

Très bon séjour, belle maison, bel emplacement. Peut-être qu'une piscine devant ou derrière la maison donnerait un petit plus. Rajouter des moustiquaires dans toutes les chambres.
La climatisation est un plus car il fait chaud et humide et il n'y a pratiquement pas de vent.- Cleanliness
