Small detached house on raised first floor with private, enclosed grounds. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power plant 15 km away, winery visits, Provins and its medieval city, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winemakers, so you can book a tour of our vineyards with a picnic lunch, a visit to our winery and champagne tasting. Reservations can be made for our reception room (capacity 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites) and Tapas evenings in our reception room. At the end of August-beginning of September, we can take you to listen to the stag bellow.

You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed (quality mattress 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190 that can be made into a double bed), a shower room with WC. Outside, you'll find a terrace/balcony and a garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Street parking. Included: beds made, household linen, cleaning. Additional charges: electricity (including heating), dog €10/day. All shops and amenities on site. Possibility of renting bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and children's seats on reservation with the owners (5€/day/person). Heated communal swimming pool open from May to September (open from 9am to 11:30am and from 2:30pm to 6pm - closed on Sunday mornings - swimsuit compulsory).
