At the gateway to Troyes by car, 5 minutes from a shopping area and freeway exit, 15 minutes from Troyes town center, 30 minutes from the beach at Lusigny sur Barse, come and stay in this charming gite decorated in a chic country style. Located in an annex of the owners' house, the gite has independent access and private outdoor spaces to be shared with the discreet owners living on site.
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage offers a spacious living room with lounge/TV area and dining area, a spacious kitchen and bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, WC). Upstairs, you'll find a landing with a small living room, a triple bedroom (bed 140x200 + bed 90x190) with a small living room, a triple bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) with TV and bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, WC). All baby equipment is available. Outside, street parking, enclosed grounds, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, lounge and barbecue area. To enhance your stay, beds will be made up, bathroom linen and household linen will be provided, and end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity will be included in the price.

Un petit paradis à proximité de Troyes
5/5À notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire. La maison est très authentique et attrayante et le jardin un petit paradis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, nous n'avons jamais connu une telle ampleur dans une maison en vacances. Serviettes de bain et savon en abondance, les deux douches sont très propres et spacieux. Le soir, vous êtes très bien installé dans le salon. Les propriétaires ont donné beaucoup de bonnes informations.
Pour nous, la décoration d'ambiance - agréable et calme - tout avec Troyes à proximité c'était formidable!

5/5Un agréable séjour en famille dans une jolie maison décorée avec goût avec un joli jardin. Gîte situé à proximité de Troyes et des commodités à 10/15 mn en voiture environ.

Charmante maison pour un agréable séjour en famill
5/5Une charmante maison pour un séjour en famille au top. Tout y est : de la cafetière au sèche linge en passant par le linge de maison et l'équipement bébé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui est proche de toutes les commodités. La propreté et le calme sont au rendez-vous sans oublier l'accueil agréable et chaleureux du propriétaire.
