At the gateway to Troyes by car, 5 minutes from a shopping area and freeway exit, 15 minutes from Troyes town center, 30 minutes from the beach at Lusigny sur Barse, come and stay in this charming gite decorated in a chic country style. Located in an annex of the owners' house, the gite has independent access and private outdoor spaces to be shared with the discreet owners living on site.
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage offers a spacious living room with lounge/TV area and dining area, a spacious kitchen and bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, WC). Upstairs, you'll find a landing with a small living room, a triple bedroom (bed 140x200 + bed 90x190) with a small living room, a triple bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) with TV and bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, WC). All baby equipment is available. Outside, street parking, enclosed grounds, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, lounge and barbecue area. To enhance your stay, beds will be made up, bathroom linen and household linen will be provided, and end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity will be included in the price.

5/5Nous avons adoré l’accueil avec des personnes vraiment très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Surtout restez comme vous êtes. Le lieu est idéal pour partager de bons moments en famille, à proximité de TROYES … au calme jour et nuit !

5/5Great welcome by Pascal, the house is comfortable, clean and perfect for everyone . Only a few KMs to Troyes and great cycling countryside . We had a wonderful stay, the house is well equipped and we would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday . Perfect in every way !
