All amenities are on site: restaurant, supermarket, train station, pharmacy...
This single-storey apartment offers a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area with comfortable sofa bed for 2 extra people (extra charge of €20/person for the stay), flat-screen TV, bedroom with double bed (140x190), bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The bed will be made up on arrival, and heating and electricity are included in the price. A 35€ HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT is required on arrival, in addition to the gite deposit. Free parking is available at the foot of the gite, and opposite is a public square with trees and benches. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: golf course 3 km away, swimming, fishing and water sports at the Forêt d'Orient lakes, visits to wine cellars and Champagne tasting...

Très bien situé
4/5Tout est propre et bien aménagé. À part un problème de son avec la télé, le gîte est bien situé entre la forêt d'Orient, Nigloland et quelques visites intéressantes avec l'abbaye de Clairvaux, les domaines Champenois.
