Ideally located in the picturesque Champagne village of Chaource, you'll find all the shops and amenities you need (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...). Quietness is a strong point of this house, which is set back from the main road.
Just 300 meters from the famous listed church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, this warm and welcoming Holiday cottage offers an authentic and peaceful setting, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. "Couleurs Safran" is decorated in soft, spicy tones, blending modern comforts with touches of character.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with dining area, fitted kitchen, spacious lounge with TV and fireplace, toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a master suite (bed 160x200) with private bathroom (shower, basin, wc), an office / Telework area and a bedroom (bed 140x190 + bed 90x190) on the mezzanine with relaxation area, family bathroom (corner bath, double basin, wc). Outside, you'll be delighted by a pretty enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, relaxation area and herbs. Free parking just a few meters away. Beds made on arrival, linen supplied (tea towels, tablecloths, hand towels). Heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption, meter reading on arrival/departure).
