Just a few minutes from Troyes town center and factory outlets, 20 km from the Forêt d'Orient lakes and Champagne vineyards, come and stay in this small semi-detached town house built in the 50s. You'll appreciate the enclosed garden and proximity to all amenities (public transport and shops nearby).

On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall with checkroom, a kitchen with dining area, a living room with sitting area and flat-screen TV, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, plus a bathroom with bath and washbasin. Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Parking is available in the courtyard and in the street. Beds will be made up on arrival, household linen (tea towels, tablecloths) will be provided and heating and electricity charges will be included in the price of your stay. Pets are welcome (a pet deposit of €150 is required).
