On the Route Touristique du Champagne, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar sur Aube and 45 km from Troyes, old stone annex of Château de Spoy renovated into a gîte adjoining two other gîtes accommodating 6 to 8 people. The exposed stonework, beams and old roof frame will delight lovers of traditional Champagne houses.

Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase, giving you access on the 1st level to a living room featuring an equipped kitchenette and dining area, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds), a bathroom and separate toilet. On the 2nd level, you'll find a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and private shower room, separate toilet, and a pleasant, bright living room opening onto a 10-m2 loggia with views over the village and hills. Outside: an enclosed courtyard and parking area. At the rear of the house, on the hillside, a quiet patio with barbecue, dining area and relaxation area awaits you. Linen is provided. Heating and electricity included. Wood: 10€/pan. Beds made up on arrival. Small pets allowed on request (15€/stay for large dogs). A visit to the cellar can be arranged on request.
