On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sitting area and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite (160x200 bed) with a separate shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a gaming room on the mezzanine with a pool table, two double bedrooms (140x190 beds), and a bedroom with a TV (160x200 bed), plus a separate toilet. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Outside, you’ll have access to an enclosed yard with a patio, patio furniture, an awning, an outdoor lounge area, lounge chairs, a lawn, a ping-pong table, bicycles, and scooters available for use, as well as parking and a pétanque court. The beds will be made on arrival; bathroom linen and linens are provided; housekeeping, heating, and electricity are included in the price.
