Located 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 14 km from Nogent sur Seine and its nuclear power plant, the gite "Chez Mimi" welcomes you all year round in a modern, cosy atmosphere. Located in a quiet village close to all amenities. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Provins and its medieval city, Nogent sur Seine and the Camille Claudel Museum, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, the Orient lakes 70 km away and Champagne tasting and visits 3 km away.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sitting and dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room with double vanity unit and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll have access to a double bedroom (bed 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190) and an office area on the mezzanine. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs, private parking, garage, courtyard and garden. The owners live close to the gite, but will be very discreet during your stay. Heating and electricity are extra (meter reading on arrival/departure), beds are made on arrival and linen included.

Rustig Rustig gelegen klein huis
Schoon, heel rustig gelegen op erf van eigenaar die zelf achter het vakantiehuis woont. Hij heeft ons de gehele week met rust gelaten. Je hebt dus geen benul dat hij achter je woont. Verder zeer schoon. Geschikt voor 2 tot 4 personen. Smallere wenteltrap naar boven maar voor de rest alleen maar goede ervaringen. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in en om het huis. Merci.

Sve Alles super - sauber - freundlich
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Verständigung erfolgte per WhatsApp und Googleübersetzer. Das Häuschen ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmern nach oben ist extrem eng, daher für Menschen mit starkem Übergewicht oder ältere Personen nur bedingt geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ein Supermarkt+Restaurant lediglich 3 km entfernt. Wir haben von dort aus Tagestouren zum Disneyland (1,25 h) bzw. P+R Paris unternommen. Es ist absolutes Hinterland und somit kaum Verkehr. Wer eine saubere und ruhige Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Aragon et Castille on est très accueilli chez Mimi
Nous avons passé excellent Weekend prolongé vendredi au dimanche dans ce gite moderne et dans un lieu très très calme, accueilli par un jeune couple souriant très disponible dynamique et agréable.
Encore merci pour ce moment très agréable.
