Located in Dienville, a charming village with shops and restaurants, our Holiday cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the beach of Lake Amance, the Nautical Base, the cycle paths and the Marina in the heart of the Forest d'Orient Regional Nature Park.
This single-storey Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 7 people. You'll find a sober, well-kept decoration, conducive to relaxation and rest. The warm atmosphere and light-filled rooms make this a real cocoon for your stay with family or friends. The region is also ideal for Hiking, Fishing, birdwatching and discovering the local heritage. A simple, welcoming and well-located place for a peaceful vacation.

First floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area and dining area, bathroom (shower + washbasin), separate toilet. Upstairs, a triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) and another bedroom for 3 people (3 single beds). Outside, a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Free parking in the street just outside the house. To enhance your stay, beds will be made, linen and towels provided, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning included.
