Small, detached single-storey house with enclosed, not overlooked 15 m2 courtyard. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power plant 15 km away, winery visits, Provins and its medieval city, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winemakers, so you can book a tour of our vineyards with a picnic lunch. Visit our winery and finish with a champagne tasting. Reservation of our reception room (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites). Tapas evening in our reception room on reservation.

There's a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people, a living room with sofa bed (quality mattress 140x190), a double bedroom, and a shower room with toilet. Outside, you'll find a motorcycle/cycle shelter, a small gravel courtyard and a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking on site. Included in the price: beds made, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning. Additional charges: electricity (including heating, according to consumption), dog 10€/day. All shops and amenities on site. Bicycle hire for children, teenagers, adults and children's seats (€5/day/person). Communal heated swimming pool 450 m away, open from May to September (access 9am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 6pm - closed Sunday morning - swimsuit compulsory). At the end of August-beginning of September, we can take you to listen to the stag bellowing.
