In the heart of the Vineyard of Champagne, at the foot of Burgundy and 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, come and stay in this 8/10 person Holiday cottage, ideal for family gatherings and stays with friends. This charming building, a former annex of the Château de Chacenay, will charm you with its modern decor and open spaces.

On the first floor, a spacious entrance hall leads on one side to a living area with sofa bed, dining area, open-plan kitchen, utility room with toilet, and on the other side to a double bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room (walk-in shower + basin), toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate WC. Outside, you'll find an unfenced parking area at the front of the house, as well as a 70 m2 enclosed gravel courtyard (at the rear of the house) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol. Geothermal heating, electricity, bed linen and household linen (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins) are included in the price of your stay.
